Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate our family in the search for our new home. I am a night shift nurse and my husband works days, so scheduling viewings was more than a bit of a challenge, but Kevin was always flexible and patient. He was prompt in submitting our paperwork, and with his help, we were able to go under contract and close on our home in less than 30 days. Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with. Although there was a 2-month gap between the time we first contacted him and when we were able to start seeing homes, he was very patient with us and helped us get as much preliminary actions done to move the process along fast once we secured financing. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the area and told us when we should walk away (which is something most Realtors generally do not do.) Due to the fact that we lived 1,600 miles away and Woodland Park has a crazy hot housing market, we resigned ourselves to having to search and buy long distance. My wife and I first met Kevin in 2015 when he helped find an amazing home for us and our 4 children. As newer home buyers, he was beyond patient with us and taught us what to look for and tips for what would make the home perfect for us. We had 100% confidence and faith as he held our hand through the entire thing and took an otherwise scary and exhausting process, turning it into a fun and exciting adventure. A few years later, when work took us out of state, he was right there to help us with the daunting task of selling our house. We again were able to accomplish another nerve-racking part of our lives with nothing but the utmost confidence knowing Kevin was by our side. In 2021 we were lucky enough to have a plan to come back to Colorado, but knew we had major home buying obstacles ahead. Not only were we still out of state trying to close on the sale of our other house, we were smack dab in the middle of one of the biggest seller’s markets we had ever seen. Kevin really went above and beyond giving us advice on the shortcomings of our selling agent, but did video tours with us from Colorado on houses he knew would meet our expectations. When we found our next home, Kevin moved like the flash to secure our offer and the seller’s acceptance to lock us in during a crazy market. Even as I got frustrated with a couple of speedbumps on the seller’s side towards the end, he helped calm my nerves and got us through it and into our new home. Not only do we have our go to realtor, we have a lifelong friend.

Kevin and his team helped me buy my home back when the market was still bonkers. He and Katie were available to answer all my questions, set up showings as soon as homes hit the market, and write numerous offers as we tried to win a contract. In the end they helped me buy a great townhouse that I’m slowly adding my style to. It wasn’t easy, but Kevin’s team stuck with me every step of the way.

Kevin helped me out every step of the process and made the experience way easier than I could have expected. Even with a snowstorm that could have pushed everything further away, he managed to make the closing sooner and though he wasn't available due to the snow, his son/partner came and did the final showing and was also a great guy.
